It's been a while since I achieved a major milestone with #Zwift, so it feels pretty good to share that I just hit a 52 week streak!
I've been doom scrolling through my notifications for ages and can't find a reply from someone who had a cycle blog which involved them documenting their journey through Europe/France... if that was you, please let me know so I can read up on your experiences! I'm looking at cycling the length of France as part of the EuroVelo 1 route. #EuroVelo #Cycling #Cylce #Bikes #Camping

1002 km (622 mi) since March 1 after returning from the bakery to buy fresh warm bread rolls.
When I include the ride planned for this afternoon I still have 16 days to go until the end of the month.

You might be able to tell from the freewheeling sounds, I wasn't rushing to catch up to this bunch of big lads.
From Friday's pedal out to the end of the loch.
Mechanical parts break down eventually. @pete asks:
Q8. I think I jinxed things the other week with my 'do you repair?' question and somehow snapped a rear axle last weekend: What's the most recent component that you broke or wore out, and have you managed to get it fixed?
Next, a question from @Pepijn asks, via @sam
Q7. I would love a good quality portable bicycle pump I can bring along. Preferably something that goes up to six-ish bar.
Weight and size isn't the greatest issue but, within reason, something I can throw into the green box would be nice.
What are you suggestions?

@daihard asks:
Q6. What type of rear light will work with a rack like this? I've tried a light with a flex rubber mount that went around the horizontal bar on the end, but the light kept moving downwards because of its weight. I want something that stays in place. Any help would be appreciated!
@szpon asks:
Q4. What is your favourite lightweight and ultralight gear?
An introspective question from @nick
Q3. What annoying thing do YOU do on rides? (yes YOU not others)
I ask this because I've caught myself coasting when im tired, peddle peddle coast peddle. It annoys me and i know its annoying if you're behind someone that does this.
Up next from @mossyfoot:
Q2. I've seen cool LED light wands you install on a spoke on each wheel that can be programmed to display different images and simple animations when in motion. Does anyone know of someone that makes one that would work with 20 inch wheels?
Happy Pi Day and welcome to #BikeNite on March 14th.Thanks for joining as we chat about cycle stuff. Answer whenever at your convenience. Anyone can join, now or later. Reply to what you like, and boost for visibility.
We'll start out with our introduction:
Q1. Where are you posting from today? There's a lot of bad stuff going on these days. But what's something that made you smile during a recent ride?
2 economists heading to a meeting at Europe's largest asset manager and the world's largest insurer...by bike, of course — fastest way to get across town from ifo econ think tank to Allianz HQ.
Hard to imagine the American mind comprehending this one.
Undramatic video when I snapped my chain on the way home last night.
Leg still hurting after it collided with part of the frame.

@ai6yr It’s a shame our town Thousand Oaks is literally at the doorstep to the Santa Monica MTNS with thousands of bikers using the surrounding roads and trail systems annually. One would think it could almost be a destination and in being so, would definitely benefit in a much more bike friendly city. Sabotage!! #biketooter

@ai6yr This is pretty common in places that don't yet have a cycling culure in general.
Poor people cycling tend to be unaware of these meetings and/or unable to make them.
Middle class people in such areas probably rarely do utilitarian cycling.
The leading edge of cycle advocacy in the US during my lifetime have been roadie cycling clubs.
When cycle share expands, that will diversify. #BikeTooter #Cycling
