Apple’s insistence on minimal error UI is very frustrating.

I’ve been wanting to get some ✨colorful✨ <del>magic</del> smart lights, but I have an issue: I still want to be able to turn them on and off from the switches (without making them go offline when I do so, ofc). I was able to think about two different methods for this, but each is suboptimal on its own way.Option 1: Substitute my switches with smart switches (preferably zigbee) (<a href="https://a.aliexpress.com/_mOa547V" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Example</a> (aliexpress)) This is a nice option because it’d look nice, be installed on the wall exactly where the current switches are, as well as giving me the ability to also control the ‘dumb’ lights while I don’t substitute all of them for smart lights (these switches are cheaper than good smart lights). The main disadvantage of this method, however, is that for the smart lights I’d end up having two separate controls: the light itself and the switch. When I powered the light off through the switch it would end up going offline since it seems that the main feature of these switches is smartifying dumb lights. Then in order to control them from my phone I’d have to first turn on the switch and then the light. I kinda doubt these switches have some kind of configuration that would let me use their buttons to control Home Assistant scenes without stopping energy from going through them when I press/tap it. Would there be any ways of using switches without this issue?Option 2: Get some scene switches remote controllers (preferably zigbee) (<a href="https://www.belkin.com/p/scene-controller-with-thread/WSC010.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Example</a>, basically this but some cheaper aliexpress option and zigbee) For this option, I’d get some of these and 3d print some supports for them going over the current switches (this way no one would be able to touch the real/dumb switches and bring the lights hardlocked offline).
