Quora is informative, but not trustworthy. It's not trustworthy because there is no fact checking the answers and no credential checking on those answering the questions. Answers can also reflect personal opinions and biases, which may not always align with objective facts or widely accepted knowledge.

Instead of worrying about “wait, not like that”, I think we need to reframe the conversation to “wait, not only like that” or “wait, not in ways that threaten open access itself”.
a political party in france circulate an extreme (anti-semitic) image. they are now - on France 5 - placing the blame on #AI (Grok) for producing the image. this is the classic « its not our fault, the software was buggy » excuse that is an obvious logical fallacy. either they’re stupid, or they’re using the fallacy to hide their responsibility. i know which is the most likely. NB - this is a comment on using AI to take the blame, not on the specific image generated.
